Abstract

Pada SD Negeri 060870 Krakatau Medan, saat ini proses penerimaan siswa masih menggunakan model manual, dimana orang tua datang ke sekolah untuk mendaftarkan anak mereka dengan membawa persyaratan pendaftaran untuk masuk ke sekolah. Pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya banyak terdapat kendala, seperti adanya berkas yang terjatuh ataupun rusak karena penggunaan dokumen. Proses pencarian serta khusus untuk orang tua harus datang ke sekolah untuk melihat lulus atau tidaknya anak mereka. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi untuk mengatasi hal tersebut.
